Walter is the best. He has been prompt and helpful in helping us to select a very nice watch. Thank you, Walter.

Walter was great to work with! Very helpful and responsive.

They provided the perfect gift for an exceptional price. My girlfriend was looking for a particular Rolex and looking all over saw that Omi not only had the watch, but was able to provide quick service at an exceptional speed. Great payment options also made it a breeze to complete. I will be definitely shopping with them again.

Very professional, knowledgeable and delivered as promised.

Great communication before and after purchase. Purchased an iced out Rolex and received it quick along with box and appraisal. Great condition, as described! Thank you!

OMI jewelry and their staff are top notch. I primarily delt with Walter and am very happy. Started with two high end watches for special gifts but kept coming back and bought 8 more. I usually do a lot of small gift giving but the pricing, customer service zone and follow up were so good, I decided this was the year to see some big smiles on family and some special people. Thanks Walter and OMI. Dedra and Jim Orlando FL
