Just made my second purchase from OMI. I am very pleased with the ring. It is just as pictured on website. I was a bit timid about purchasing online, but OMI is an excellent source for jewelry purchases. I recommend OMI highly.

We ordered our item and they first gave us the wrong tracking number in which we had to contact them to ask them where our package was. When we ordered the watch, we asked if they could take links off in order to size the watch which they replied they can do with no issue and ended up not even doing it. When we finally received the watch, the model number we ordered was completely different than what we received and gave us an older model but stated that it was a newer model than what we ordered, which was a lie after searching. Not only did we have to catch them in the lie and write back proving that this was not what we purchased as well as not being a newer model, but after all said and done, they gave a shipping label to send it back. Would never buy from this store again, unreliable as well as sketchy! They are not honest about their products or customer service. We’re still in dispute to get our money back. Horrible! ***UPDATE: They reply to this review saying they gave us a newer one but we looked up the serial # and it’s actually 6 years OLDER than what we ordered. Stop trying to scam people.

Customer ordered a watch that we didn’t have in stock and it resulted in us offering a newer watch for the same price.Unfortunately the client was dissatisfied even if though she got a newer watch with the price of older one after being told numerous times that that would be the case and took it as a bait and switch. We are trying to resolve this case in proper manner.

Buying from OMI was the best jewelry buying experience I’ve ever had. The service, selection and attention to detail were flawless. Walter added a personal Concierge touch to the process and the result was my wife’s dream come true with her magnificent, one of a kind diamond Rolex. Thank you OMI.
