I was initially, accidentally sent the wrong watch. When I contacted OMI about the error, Walter got it corrected very quickly. As soon as OMI received the return watch, I was sent the correct watch. He was extremely helpful. I initially gave a 4 instead of 5 star review. This was only because I took my watch to a local jeweler to get a couple of links added. He placed my watch on a machine that showed that the watch had not been serviced in years. So, I will have to pay another $700 for service. I found it disappointing that the watches are not serviced prior to sale. However, I was very impressed by Walter contacting me after reading my initial review. He had spoken to the owner of OMI and they had agreed to refund me a significant portion of the amount that I will incur for the servicing of the watch. I was amazed at that offer as I had not requested any compensation. Based upon the professionalism and prompt attention to any concerns, I will definitely purchase from OMI Jewelry again. As a matter of fact, I have my eye on a pair their sapphire and diamond ear rings.
