I bought a wonderful time piece from them. The customer service is spot on. The first watch that was delivered was to small in stature, I wanted a bigger one. They swapped it out in no time at all and the second watch was in my possession in no time. The packaging is excellent too. Highly recommend them to anyone considering a fine time piece.

The purchase process was simple. The product arrived exactly as described and is incredibly beautiful. It was purchased as a gift and hasn't been given just yet, but I'm ecstatic with how gorgeous it is as the one purchased.

Thank you OMI Jewelry for coming through for me on such short notice. The Rolex watch delivered for the occasion made it special.

Overall satisfied with my purchase and will be coming back! Chain came in a nice black box thought that was nice as I seen people order a Chain from somewhere else and it just comes in a plastic baggy.

OMI - very good retailer and I would purchase from again. Had a bit of a hiccup and that happens sometimes. But OMI stepped up and made things right. And, the Omega watch I received is BEAUTIFUL!!!
