Love my purchase

I have dealt with OMC several time and have always been pleased with the communication. This last transaction had some issues with my computer which cause a duplication or the order. One e-mail to OMC cleared up the problem and my order arrived the next day. it was not ordered with an expedited delivery request or overnight shipping.

Their price beat the big guys on the pants I ordered. A quick google search found the product, the ordering process was super easy and I'm very pleased with the product. The only thing that could improve is the shipping time, but I'm east coast and it was coming all the way from the west, so no complaints.

This was a first time purchase at omcgear.com. Met all of our expectations. Will definitely purchase here agai.n

Found the Soto Windmaster at your store not only for the best price but even had the optional 4 prong stand included. Once I learned you were based in Oregon it made things even better. I will be back to your online store and will stop in the shop next time I drive through the area. Thanks!

I ordered a pair of shoes with two day shipping. They were sent the following day, but with the option that required me to be present at the time of delivery -- signing the slip and having them leave it was not an option. I don't work at home, so I had to redirect them to a UPS Customer Center so I could pick them up.
