Received order in 3-day at southern California, 3 hr. before I leave for airport going abroad. My nephews and nieces are happy to receive North Face Jester backpack as gift. No S&H charge for order more than $50. Post-sale support is quick and professional.

This jacket kept me dry in the pouring rain at an outdoor concert. Just wish it was knee length! Super fast shipping in minimal packaging.

The Snow Peak titanium full silverware set consists of a knife, fork, and spoon plus case. The pieces are nicely designed and extremely lightweight. (But like other titanium products, the set is not exactly inexpensive.) The case, while it adds a bit to the weight, serves a couple of purposes: (1) It keeps all three pieces together, of course, and (2) it guarantees that the fork tines won't poke holes through your bag or backpack. Backpackers who are extremely concerned with weight might want to take just the spoon. But my backpacking days are long over and I like the idea of being equipped to have a picnic or eat in my room while traveling. This set allows me to avoid the dreaded disposable plastic utensils while adding just a bit of weight to my travel kit.

I ordered sleeping bags on Thursday 8/21 and could have gotten free shipping but paid $15 extra for 3 day shipping because I needed them to arrive before my flight out on Wednesday 8/27. On Monday 8/29 I received an email saying my order would arrive on Thursday 8/28. I emailed customer service to let them know that I had paid extra for 3 day shipping yet my order wasn't set to arrive until a week after I had placed it. They kindly upgraded my order to 2 day and guaranteed they would arrive by 5:00 PM on Wednesday 8/27. 5:00 PM came and went and the package was still not there and I had to leave for my flight without my order. Because of all this I had to go to a local store and pay close to $300 for 2 more sleeping bags because the ones in this order didn't arrive on time.
