Poor. Was out of stock and took long time to find out.
Tried buying a jacket. They were one of few sites to CLAIM to have correct size and color. After almost a week, I went to check order status and only after that did they send an email that said they didnt have jacket. Poor inventory mgmt.

Very Disappointed
This pack was smaller than I was told on the phone by your representative Only 19 inches tall , not 22 like the one I already have. There was no water reservoir included with the pack as expected. I may still send this back, but hate to pay shipping and its possible my wife will use this pack.

Bought a tent. zero problems.
I Bought a Mountain Hardware Trango 3. They had a good price. I got it fast enough that I didn't have a chance to think "I wonder when it will arrive" No problems.
