Ordered three items online. A few days later received an email with only two items and charged one of them to a higher price. After calling the service representative, I was told that the third item was not available (but why did it allow the order to go through?), and agreed to reduced the higher priced item back to the original charge. I doubt it that I'll order from this company again.

We purchased this coat for our daughter. She absolutely loves it! It is very warm but lightweight. She likes the fur on the hood and the fact that the hood comes out on the sides and protects her face from the cold. It's a true fit and the length is great as well. Glad we purchased from Omcgear . . . we got a great deal!
