Somehow my order was processed without my full address and I didn't catch it until I was sitting at my front door watching the UPS package tracker online. When it said that my address was incomplete and they couldn't deliver, I emailed OMC Customer Service and it immediately got sorted out. Thanks for the great service.

I bought my first ever piece of outdoor equipment at OMC over 20 years ago, a Dana Terraplane pack...Now, all those years later, I live in Alaska and no longer have brick and mortar access to the store. Still, when I can't find what I want in up here, I can still order it online from OMC. This time, I ordered a hard-to-find Patagonia shirt. Even during the frantic Christmas season, it arrived in two days. Thanks OMC for keeping me warm for another year!

Bought a Patagonia down jacket as a gift for my daughter-in-law this Christmas. The jacket arrived quickly and in perfect condition. This was the only company that had the jacket in the size and color she wanted and the bonus was that there service was excellent. So was the jacket!

Stumbled upon this site while looking for the warmest winter parka I could find, as I live in Alabama and was heading to chilly Michigan for the holidays. Found a great parka and ordered it, then realized I wouldn't get it in time, so I emailed customer service. A very nice customer service rep helped me change my delivery options so I would receive my parka on time -- which I did! I plan to order from this company in future.

I was concerned that they wouldn't fit. I had a pair of entry level evolves that was a size 12. So I when sizing the sharmas I assumed a 12 would fit. I was right evolve seems consistent with there sizes. They are a bit more snug but I would expect that with a much more aggressive shoe. Hopefully they will stretch a little with continued use. They make the world a difference when climbing they stick to everything. No wonder my climbing buddies recommends these shoes to everyone. I give them 5 stars!
