I had never heard of OMC Gear previously, however I saw they had the backpack I wanted on sale with free shipping. The product came quickly and is exactly what I wanted. Excellent - would highly recommend!

I found the Patagonia hoodie at a very nice discount Black Friday weekend. I had never ordered from OMC Gear so I was a little nervous. Nothing to worry about though. I received my order promptly and the item was exactly what I expected. I would definitely order from OMC Gear again.

I placed my order on Sat, 20 Dec at about 1400 EST. The agent I spoke with said the order would be prepared for shipment the same day. I requested and paid for confirmed three-day delivery via UPS and I received a confirmation email containing the package tracking number assigned to my order before 1800 EST on Sat (1ZT755T34096287987). The package was finally delivered on Mon, 29 Dec after 1600. That's nine day not three-day confirmed delivery. Seems to me UPS was overwhelmed and my order ended up arrive much later than anticipated.

Timothy, Yes, UPS did not deliver or pick up on time. The 20th was a Saturday, which is not normally a day that UPS picks up. We had specially requested them to come that day to pick up orders, like yours, so they would be delivered in time for the holidays. UPS did not arrive to pick up packages at all. This initial delay, along with Thursday being a holiday pushed your package delivery back even further. Please accept my deepest apology that UPS was unable to deliver your package on time.

I sent emails to the customer service group that when I could receive the item if I made my purchase and I got reply which does not actually answered my question. I feel like they are trying to let me order first and tell the further delivery details, which even after I did order and there is no reply to my enquires.. Finally the item did delivered on time which is good

Jossine, I'm sorry that it was not made more clear to you on what to expect for international shipping. In all honesty, we are unable to provide accurate information because we have little say in if your parcel is held for shipping audit by our, or your, postal systems.

Even though the shipping company didn't deliver on time, Omcgear was on top of it right away, making sure we were taken care of. Including getting credit for us on the extra money we paid for 2 day shipping!! Not to mention the coat purchased was perfect!!
