!!!!DO NOT BUY!!!! Don’t bother spending your money here. Product is faulty and not safe for roadways. Customer service is even worse. Buyer beware!!

We’d like to clarify the full context: Your original order was placed through Amazon, and after you reported an issue, we quickly shipped a free replacement to the address provided on your order. According to FedEx tracking, the replacement was successfully delivered to the correct address, which was also confirmed by the carrier's final investigation. When you informed us that the package never arrived, we immediately escalated a claim with FedEx and also requested security footage during the delivery window to support the claim, which unfortunately was never provided. As a result, FedEx closed the case stating "Delivery to Invoiced Address." Throughout the entire process, we responded to your emails promptly and took multiple steps to help resolve the matter, even though the issue was out of our direct control after shipping. We always strive to support our customers and stand behind our service.
