I am so pleased with my purchase. The floor mats fits perfectly. They are well-made and look very expensive.

Got in a timely manner and fits perfectly
I was searching for a reasonably priced mat for my car and was only seeing a set for $300+. Until I saw this website. I ordered expecting the worst. However, when it arrived it was a decent materiel and fit perfectly. Would recommend. (Mercedes GLA 2023)

Horrible customer service. Would never buy from here again and strongly recommend everyone else avoid as well.
Horrible customer service, very generic responses and no help. Lied on the post for the item I purchased and offered a universal trunk mat instead that was 2X too big. Asked to do a return/refund and have been ghosted. Called their main phone number and I get an immediate voicemail. Will ask bank for correction
Response from OMAC USAAug 27, 2025
Hello Brad , We are sorry to hear about your frustration and we’d like to clarify the situation. After you brought this to our attention, we investigated and confirmed there was a listing error on our end. We immediately informed you and, as a courtesy for the inconvenience, we offered and shipped out a universal trunk liner (noted as “cut to fit”) free of charge. When you expressed concerns about the size, we provided a prepaid return label for a full refund. At this time, the return has not yet been completed, which is why the refund has not yet been issued. We sincerely apologize for the initial listing error and any miscommunication that may have caused further frustration. Please know our team is still here to assist, and once the return is received, your refund will be promptly processed. Kind regards, OMAC Team
