Shaun was so helpful in selecting my 40X40 bldg. After checking several companies Shaun delivered the best price for me. The building arrived in good condition and I have been enjoying the additional space for about 3 yrs now.

I purchase a 80Wx100Lx22H building back in 2020 when Covid had everything shut down. Even with the manufacture struggles that seemed to be inevitable at the time, the company did a great job of supplying me everything I needed. Shawn Pertko did great at designing the building with everything I had requested. I did have one of their subcontractors lined up to build the building but due to a couple delays we were not able to make it work so long story short, myself and my employees did it ourselves. From everything that i could see, quality was good. From the paint to the screws. Everything that they said was there, was there and the price of the building was what they said it would be. Yes the delivery date got pushed back but at the time due to Covid, everything was screwed up. Planning on purchasing another building from this company in the future.

PLEASE PLEASE BE AWARE OF THIS COMPANY!!! I purchased a building from them 12-02-2022 and have received nothing but lies and rude responses from the sales man and the manager. I’ve been requesting information and building specs on my building for 2 weeks and have been hung up on by the managers, been given rude replies and nasty texts from the salesman Bill, and told the exact words of ,”Good Luck on getting your material!” From the sales manager. All I’ve asked was what size J bolts are needed to be wet set in concrete to secure the building. No one will answer, no one will call back, and now I have been asked to wait 2 more weeks for my “engineered drawings” after already past the date promised. The Bill, the sales man, stayed up to 11pm pestering me for deposit on structure. After production a $10,000 deposit I can’t get him to answer a call, I can’t get a straight answer about fasteners and told I need to wait until the building is delivered to epoxy the bolted into concrete. That they don’t provide this material even though the manager agreed to cover the material. Today is 9 days I’ve been calling, still no answer, still no responses and still no drawing. Don’t be a victim of this. Don’t trust a word they tell you, don’t expect anything other than rude, unprofessional, and dishonest customer service out of this company. Here I’ve spent 10 years trying to accomplish my goal, excited about my purchase, expecting outstanding service, and eager to get started when all I’ve been given is a nightmare experience.

Ken Ray from Olympia Steel Buildings was condescending to women and unable to get a quote together for us, despite being given the dimensions. He told me it was going to be too expensive and assumed I couldn't afford it. We will never know because I am never going to give this rude company our business. I suggest you don't either. He is an unprofessional, slick talking salesman with no actual information.

Tim Sempf made my experience excellent. He is super responsive and was always able to answer all my questions and solve any issues that arose. We had some changes that needed to be made to our building and he quickly handled them all. I believe communication and customer service is one of the most important features of a good product. There are hundreds of companies out there, who create the Metal building kits, but after speaking to over 25 separate companies I chose this company. By far Tim is the reason we will be ordering the next ten buildings through them! Thank you for the five star customer service!
