I had written a review previously when asked by e-mail to submit one. The review I wrote was uncomplimentary as I had had difficulty communicating with your office when I sought information on who to contact to erect my building. I felt as though I was not well informed by Olympia following completion of my order, as I was unable to locate a crew to erect my building and got no assistance. Now that my building has been erected, I realize I was too harsh in my overall criticism. A few days ago I contacted Olympia for replacement trim for the windows I purchased separately and was assisted by Tim in customer service, or through customer service. Tim took outstanding care to get me the correct window trim and I would like to recognize him for his efforts. Thank you, Tim!!

I contacted Olympia Building's office after hours and left a message for assistance with two projects in South Louisiana that had extremely tight deadlines. I received a call from Laura the next day and she immediately went to work and even work weekends to help us meet our deadline. The communication, professionalism, and competitive pricing allowed us to succeed. Laura and her team provided customer service that exceeded my expectations. I have five more projects, and Laura and Olympia Buildings are my go-to company.

George Caputo, in Customer Service, has been instrumental in this whole process. It is expected to have a few items that come up for clarification and adjustment during a building process. Our situation was the same. George was great in walking us through every aspect and attentive to our questions / concerns. Olympia, in general, is a well made structure and we are extremely happy to this point. We have a few items we are finishing up and our build is complete.

Decide to go with Universal Steel Building, excellent product and cost. Purchase process was excellent and professional. I ran into a problem when the hurricane hit the area and my home took on major damage that the insurance company did not cover which caused me to have to cancel the building.
