I will admit that initially I was apprehensive to order from the site because I'd never heard of the company before and I was so scared it'd be a case of "what I got vs what I ordered" (due to the low price)... I am so happy to say that what I got was even better than what I ordered and here's why: 1. I'm a full figure woman and support for the girls and my belly was important... the dress came with a built in bra, built in shape wear and boning (that was not uncomfortable) andddd the built in underskirt to keep the shape of the gown! 2. They included an extra material for the back of the dress in case I gained weight prior to wedding day and needed to use it! 3. They packaged it inside out and double layered to ensure damage did not come near its dwelling! 4. The material is quality and although the dress was heavy it was securely stitched from end to end! I wanted to feel like a princess bride and that's exactly what I felt like in this dress! I'll tell everyone about this company!!! If you're reading this.. stop second guessing and get yours!! I will add that the advertised shipping time is for standard sizing.. I sent them my measurements and had to wait several weeks before receiving my dress. The dress does not come with a garment bag and the large one from David's Bridal will not hold it.. you will need to have a custom one made or use plastic for transporting to your venue to avoid wrinkles.

Everything from start to finish was perfect. And I mean everything! Communication, fit, quality, wow-factor. I would never ever hesitate to purchase from Olivia Bottega and although a wedding dress will not be in our future any time soon, should we need a special occasion dress they will be the first we turn to. If I could give more than 5 stars I would!

Everything was absolutely perfect. From the day I first contacted them to the day I wore my dress. Customer service is outstanding shipping right on time even though I order a custom made dress with a short notice Thank you Christina for answering every single one of my annoying emails! And to the Olivia bottega team for creating my dream dress!!!!

I had the greatest experience with Olivia Bottega. It was very easy to take my measurements and send them off. I had my dress in 3 months and it fit like a glove! And it is the most beautiful dress I have ever seen! I love it so much!! I felt like a princess on my wedding day.

I ordered my dress out of stock through the website and someone else must have ordered it at the same time. So they let me know it was unavailable and offered to make me a completely new dress to my specifications. It was the best possible solution and I was so thankful that they didnt just tell me I was out of luck. I wore my dress as my party dress for my reception and everyone LOVED it. I want to wear it again for every occasion haha

I went back & forth between 4 and 5 starts- the only reason I would have taken away a star is this; I placed my order for the Plus Size version of the Klouzi 2. Which on their website has a straight neckline. When I was emailing back and forth with them after placing my order, they confirmed to me Klouzi 2 is what they were proceeding with, but it didn't occur to me that meant they were using the standard-size design which actually has a sweetheart neckline. Because the responses were so patient & helpful with me, and because I could have clarified this in our email exchange if I had thought to ask, I am giving the last deserved star. The dress is gorgeous (needed a few alterations to shorten it because I purposely got long because I was nervous about ordering online). I was so happy I ordered a 2nd reception dress as well.
