The quality of the dress was superb. I felt beautiful in it as well. I got lots of compliments along the lines of “I cannot believe you ordered that online!!” Communicating about the custom measurements before the dress arrived was a bit spotty. I ended up having to send a second email after not hearing from them for a while which caused a bit of anxiety as ordering a wedding dress online is nerve wracking.

Gorgeous dress. I followed the sizing instructions and consulted with a representative on the size to order. The dress was quite large on me and had to be altered.

The dress was stunning and fit to perfection. It was amazing how it all came together even tho I never saw them in person

I was previously unhappy with my experience because I got a dress that did not fit or look right and I was initially told that I could not return it but the staff was very understanding and ended up letting me return the dress for a nearly full refund. Customer service was great and the dress looked exactly as it should have, I just did not realize what would look good on me. If you are ordering a wedding dress online, totally recommend this company.

I ordered a custom dress : Noir bodice go with Gloria's dress. I didn't like Gloria's bodice because the heart shape top which make my small boobs look even smaller, so I go with Noir bodice, straight across on top and the glitter make it even better. I received after a month at the time they promised. Everything was beautiful. The dress was just a tiny bit loose but I did it intentionally when I gave them the measurements in case I gain weight ( still have 8 months until the wedding). So i'd say they stick to the given measurements. The fabric is beautiful and the glitter bodice just as I expected. However, they didnt keep the style of Noir's bodice but change it to the heart-shaped like the original Gloria dress. Now I gotta figure how to make my boob look bigger between now and then:( it is still a beautiful dress. For future brides just make sure you tell them everything you want to the detail and don't assume they would know like me

Good customer service, they responded quickly and made sure my measurements were accurate and even offered customization if I had wanted. I give 4stars rather than 5 only bc they said there'd be a video of the dress prior to shipping and I didn't get that. But I'm so happy with the dress and that's what matters.

I was a little wary of buying my dress online because you can never guarantee you're going to get what you purchased. My experience overall though was very pleasant and I am happy with my purchase. Customer service was always responsive, answering my questions in a timely manner before, during, and post purchase. They worked with me to make sure I understood what I was getting by sending me photos all throughout the process, you just have to ask. My dress came out perfect and looked great.

Decent communication can’t wait to see my final outcome of my dress excited I could order and take advantage of spring sale and send measurements in when convenient for me. My absolute dream dress!
