The dress wasn’t new it was in a good…
The dress wasn’t new it was in a good price I alter the dress a bit and it was not new it was used and they never said that in the specifications they have a good customer service but a little disappointed to be honest

Dress made with loose glitter
The dress is pretty but I thought the fabric would be sparkly, instead loose glitter falls off of the dress all over the place.

Regarding the glitter, I would like to share the following: We actually use very expensive and very good quality glitters.The glitter coming off is a normal process though. These fabrics will shed off the glitter more while they are not worn yet and less, but still shed it moderately even when they are not so new anymore. Luckily this does not have any impact on how the dress/or fabric looks like. It continues to sparkle and shine all the same! To reduce the shedding, you can shake the dress first, then steam it professionally. With best wishes, Olivia Bottega Team

Not worth it
Lack of communication and transparency. Took much longer to have the dress shipped. Will not be purchasing anything again and would not recommend. 3 stars because the dress did end up being the one I ordered and I was given a small discount for the inconvenience. Definitely not worth the headache. There are better options.

Excited for my dress, but little communication from the company
I am still very excited to receive my dress in a month here soon, but I am a little nervous about the communication from the company. When I first purchased my dress I was supposed to have received an email from one of their coordinators who would be confirming my order/any special requests and would walk me through the process. Two weeks passed and I didn't receive any email except the automated one saying my payment was submitted. This was surprising and nerve-wracking since I did my research and many people have said they are very communicative. However, it took about a week to get in contact with them; I tried their Facebook messenger, Instagram DM, and email with no response, which their website says they check frequently. Finally I got a response saying the order is confirmed but I have not gotten anything else for over a month. I am sure when they start production on my dress I will get more communication, but this waiting and struggle to get a real person to answer me is making me nervous. I am still very excited about my (hopefully!) dream dress, but I wonder if my order has fallen through the cracks. But I still love Olivia Bottega! If anything changes when my dress is in production I will definitely raise my experience rating.
