They sent me a confirmation email saying that it was ordered then emailed a week later saying theu cant startwithoit additional measurements (which wasn't seen till an additional 4 days because an email want expected)

Very slow responses and sometimes no response at all. Confusion around how to order and process payment for a specific dress that was not readily avail in stock. Eventually made it happen but did all the steps myself.

I love the dress but I sent my measurements and it fits me so tight I can barely walk in the dress and no way I can sit down in it. I bought it on sale and was informed you can’t return it or exchange it. I waited so long for this dress so I am very upset.

Hello Mayra! We are very sorry that the dress did not meet your expectations. The dress you ordered is a so to say “pencil dress”, which means that it should be slightly tight in hips, like in the mermaid style dresses. We apologize for any inconvenience!
