The customer service at O.W. is always fantastic. I am perfectly happy with the fit and materials. On the whole, I believe O.W. is the best value and cannot recommend them highly enough.

This company is a "cut" above all the other inferior suit stores. They begin by tailoring a good product, and even paid for some minor additional tailoring once I received custom suit. It is a charcoal pin-striped suit with vest; I mean, c'mon, I can't even get a charcoal pin-striped suit from the beautiful Armani store here in Southern California! The customer service was so excellent it should be used in training films here in the U.S.

I am extremely impressed with everything about Oliver Wicks. I purchased a suit for my wedding, and could not be happier with the result. Customer service has been refreshingly helpful and friendly throughout the entire process. I talked with several representatives throughout the process, and each and every person was a pleasure to work with. Almost every detail was customizable, giving a very personal touch. The measurement process was easy. The suit fit nicely given the measurements I provided, and fit perfectly after taking it to a local tailor.

I bought a blue pick and pick suit from Oliver Wicks and I'm now returning back for my wedding tux. I was very impressed with their Customer Service throughout the whole process. They make sure all your measurements are accurate and make sense before they create the garment. The quality of the fabric is great and I love all the options you have for customization of your suit. Honestly, I haven't found another place where you can customize your lapel, add suspender buttons, and have working cuffs (just a few of the options) at a price like this without sacrificing quality. Highly recommend.

This was my first order from Oliver Wicks, and I could not be more delighted with the entire transaction. My suit fits perfectly in every respect--well worth the precise measurements the company asks you submit with your order. The cut looks exactly as it does on the model pictured on the website, and the wool is clearly very high quality. No less important, the buying experience itself was exemplary, importantly because Svetlana is such an excellent communicator. I will certainly look forward to making other purchases from Oliver Wicks in the future!

I recently purchased a suit from Oliver Wicks and absolutely loved the product and the customer service. I went with the gray herringbone suit and will be purchasing another suit shortly. Both Svetlana and Ellie were amazing and attentive to my needs as a customer. The suit fit was unbelievably close, I ended up needing the slightest of alterations, which was to be expected. The turnaround time was fantastic and I would be hard pressed to go elsewhere for my needs given the value they provide. Well done, Oliver Wicks!
