Oliver WicksReviews of oliverwicks.com

The title basically sums it up. It was a pleasure to deal with their staff. The measuring process was very easy to accomplish. The final product is of obvious quality. I will be a return customer

I had a great experience. After I submitted my measurements, they personally contacted for additional measurements to make sure it was perfect. It took about three weeks to get my suit from that point (I’m in the USA). On arrival, it fit perfectly! No need for any alterations that I can see. I purchased a super 150’s suit and the fabric really is amazing. No more off the rack suits for me. I will be ordering from Oliver Wicks again.

I LOVE this company. The quality of the suits are excellent but the customer service is outstanding. Anytime I need assistance or have a question I am always responded to with the highest professionalism, even if I don’t order!! These people are the best, I highly recommend.

Oliver Wicks is the REAL DEAL I ordered a custom navy blue pick n pick suit for my wedding this coming April. From the moment I submitted my order online - the experience was professional and felt absolutely one to one. I had one person dealing with me and my profile personally - walking me through everything I needed to get a suit that is fitted to absolute perfection. Oliver Wicks knows suit craftsmanship - they are second to none. I received my suit yesterday and was absolutely blown away by the perfection to fit. You are required to submit 14 individual measurements along with 3 photos - for a suit that is crafted to your physique unlike any other. If only I could give them 10 stars. Your money and investment will not be wasted with Oliver Wicks - true professionals...first class customer service.

Suit arrived and it was like something out of the 80's. The jacket could fit a whole other person in there and the pants were so baggy I could fit 2 legs in one side. Materials and construction seemed very good quality but really disappointed with the style and fit. I've had better fitting suits off the rack from ZARA. Also custom shirt didn't arrive with the suit, another 4 weeks till delivery (total 8 weeks to get custom made shirt delivered). Will be asking for a full refund

By far the best suit I've ever owned. I have a closet full of suits that have never fit right and that I just don't feel comfortable in. I've been to numerous different tailors in an attempt to get things squared away but the fact is, off the rack suits just aren't for me. I'm average height at 5'8" and weigh roughly 220lbs with a 19" neck and 48" shoulders. Even when I can find a 48S it never fits and no amount of tailoring makes it comfortable. So I found Oliver Wicks and ordered a suit. My 16yo daughter took the measurements, following their video instructions, in about 10 minutes. Within 18 days I had a beautifully tailored suit that fit absolutely perfectly. Customer Service was on point with Svetlana reaching out numerous times to ensure I understood the process. The website keep you updated on where in the process the suit is. Tracking is perfect, once shipped. The quality of fabric was excellent and the stitching is perfect. Overall, I can honestly say, it is 5 stars from beginning to end. I will never buy another suit from anyone other than Oliver Wicks. Matter of fact, I was so satisfied, I ordered my second suit from them the day after my first one arrived.

I've used Oliver Wicks a couple of times now, and am really happy with what I've received. The customer service is excellent, and really accessible. Any concerns I've ever brought to them have been quickly and enthusiastically addressed. Really, just a fantastic service.

I've tried a few other MTM services online and Oliver Wicks is consistently the BEST. The material used, customer service and the overall customer experience has me coming back year after year! I have 5 suits from Oliver Wicks and get compliments about the fit and fabrics regularly. You have a customer for life!
