I ordered my first suit with OW in January. I chose the 11oz gray twill suit and upgraded to a full-canvassed construction. What makes OW different is that not only they allow you to measure your body, but also your best fitting trousers and jackets which is often easier to do. We exchanged several email communications to clarify all the details. My suit was ready in about 4 weeks. It came carefully packed and fit me well straight from the box. The quality of the fabric was excellent and the craftsmanship was neat and precise. No alteration was needed! There are a couple of small details I really like: the pants were lined to the knee and the hem of the pants had a ribbon stitched to it. The ribbon is not visible from the outside because it extends beyond the hem just by a couple of millimeters, but it servers two important purposes: prevents the hem from wearing and adds extra weight to the hem, so your pants sit on your shoes better. Attaching the ribbon is apparently a European thing and tailors in America have hard time understanding it. When you try to explain what it is for and how to attach it they look at you like you are asking for a snow in the middle of July. I am glad Oliver Wicks puts the ribbon on without even being asked! Great quality, Oliver Wicks! I highly recommend this company. I am certainly plan on ordering more of their suits!

I was very impressed with the communication from Oliver Wicks. They worked really hard to make certain that the fit would be perfect. As a result, I had a perfect fitting made to measure suit right out of the box.

I did a lot of research before buying an Oliver Wicks custom suit and I was not disappointed. The selection and fitting process was straightforward, the customer service throughout this process was excellent (extremely timely, courteous, and informative), and the suit fit perfectly. And I mean perfectly - no alterations were required at all, and this was their first try! These guys know their stuff and I'm confident that if they ever make a mistake they would quickly and politely rectify it.

I have tried other online MTM with mix results,OliverWicks is so far the best I have encounter when it comes to Customer Service, fit and Quality of the materials etc. Let me tell you I don't have that slim,model body type that are easy to make a suit/shirt for, just your middle age, heavy in the middle type that would be a challenge to any tailor but OW nailed it!! Olga at customer service has excellent communication skills along with their fitting portion of their website I got the best for the price, suits and shirts. After all these years getting suits done from different Asian countries, its great to know that Europe has a place that wont break the bank with better materials, great fit and knowledgeable, friendly customer service, OliverWicks is the place to go!

THE BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER This was my first attempt at getting a made-to-measure suit. I was apprehensive at first but online reviews and youtube videos made me want to try it out for myself. While they aren't the cheapest made-to-measure suit company out there, they make up for it in their free shipping (they cover duties to Canada), excellent customer service, and peace of mind. Svetlana was my contact person throughout the whole process and she was very responsive (same day replies). She also was able to retroactively apply a discount code that I missed :). The suit came in about a month (as advertised) and I had to get it altered. It is not uncommon for the first made-to-measure suit to not fit perfectly, so I didn't let that bother me. The tailors were very impressed with the quality and make of the suit and little alterations had to be made. When I got the suit back I just sent Svetlana my receipt and some before and after pictures and she refunded me the full amount! I was and still am very impressed with the customer service because it felt like I had my own personal helper from Oliver Wicks who was with me from the moment I placed the order. I will definitely be buying from Oliver Wicks again (probably as my main suit company) since they have my measurements and the prices are amazing for the quality of the suit.

I ordered a Charcoal suit, VBC 110s with peak lapels. I was hesitant at first to try Oliver Wicks, being that MTM and online did not seem like it would turn out for the better....but I was very wrong. If you're looking for a fantastic suit, Oliver Wicks is an amazing place to get it. I received my suit in a little under 4 weeks, and I do not even have to take it in to a tailor! It fits so well out of the box. Make sure to take your measurements accurately using the videos they provide, and I know they'll fit you perfectly. Their customer service is also top-notch, which is what drew me to the company in the first place. Now I'm staying because of the service and the quality of the products.
