I made a $117.00 order on august 10th. I was notified by olaplex that my order also shipped on that day. I followed the tracking link they provided as my package traveled from the U.S. through Germany to Finland where I live. The info indicated that it had arrived in my country. I waited and waited but no notice of when it would be delivered. In the mean time I received review requests for each product which I hadn’t yet received. I wrote repeatedly to say I had not received my package but they repeatedly requested feedback on items I never received. September 1st I received a notice from them saying that my order was in PROCESSING and that they were WAITING FOR ITEMS TO FILL MY ORDER. Six minutes later I told them that I’d like them to CANCEL MY ORDER AND REIMBURSE ME. They haven’t responded to my request although I’ve asked them to confirm my cancellation. How did they pull-off a very detailed tracking documentation for the transit of my package when it never left their facilities?? Their online sales business is questionable in the least. perhaps their product is good. I suggest you only buy it from a brick and mortar establishment.

I’ve got coloured, fine, curly hair and have always suffered from a sensitive scalp. This product is amazing. I use the shampoo and conditioner and the hair treatment and recently started using the mask. I used the mask too close to my scalp and my hair was oily for the next few days even after washing as it contains super moisturising ingredients. I used Lanza for years but eventually I became allergic and sensitive to that too which is why I’ve turned to olaplex. It IS expensive but used well you don’t need to use a lot of it. There’s very little aqua in the ingredients so you can use less product and water it down within your hair yourself. My hair didn’t react well straight away, it took a couple of weeks to settle into it but 9 months later my hair is the longest, thickest and healthiest it’s ever been. I’ve got new hair growth where I had bald patches before (I think from using shampoo containing ALS/ SLS) and hand on heart love this brand. PLEASE buy from a salon. Amazon/ Beauty Bay/ EBay will have cheap rip-offs. I work in the hair/beauty industry and get this at wholesale price and it is NOT cheap even then.

Olaplex 0 does actually work, but they need to do something about the application. I have thick, curly hair and would have been there all night trying to squeeze the watery product out of the pin sized nozzle. I tried cutting the end off but it made no difference, so I had to use a syringe. It’s REALLY hard to apply without wasting half the bottle so beware!

I don't get the hype for this product. Did nothing but make my fluffy thin hair more fluffy and lifeless. My hair is very fine and i think the product is too heavy for it. I got this treatment at a salon and won't bd using again. I have better results doing a coconut hair mask at home...

I purchased the 4 and 4 shampoo and conditioner and after using the first few times my fine bleached hair felt healthy and thick. Then after using a few more times my hair started to feel extremely dry and limp. I even had my ends trimmed but it continued to become dryer and lifeless. Discontinued use after 8 or 9 applications. I'm very disappointed and hope I can correct this extreme dryness due to Olaplex. I'm actually, very angry!!!

My mother bought for her , me and my sister Olaplex shampoo&conditioner the 2000 ml . Both of them were £120 … what can I say … it’s just awful . My hair is full of dandruff and feels dry … looks terrible 🤯 is not worth the money so don’t buy it . I’m really disappointed because my hairstylist recommended me this product .

I have bleached my hair (roots only) for over 20 years, along with straightening etc. I have thick dry curly hair and have always put oils etc on and never had any problems with breakage. I decided to use Olaplex for the first time during lockdown, I used this from around May 2020 to September 2020. By the time I booked my first hair app in October 2020 - since Feb 2020 due to lockdown, my hair had all broken off! My hair was previously down to just above my elbows and it had all broke off to my neck, with many parts being about a 2-3 inches long from my scalp. I had to use bobby pins all over to put it back as this was no style to wear down!! Nor could I do 2 french plaits either sides. With my lockdown brown roots too, most of the hair had around 1cm to an inch or 2 of blonde on the ends. Absolutely devastating having to wear wigs and buy extensions that were completely visible due to all the short parts of hair, thankfully winter helped hide it under a hat. It is now July 2021 and I can only just almost put most of it back in to a bobble with a couple of bobby pins but not a high pony and the front bits fall out to look like a grown out fringe. I went straight in listening to the hype and brought products 3,4,5,6 & 7. I did not straighten my hair often and never blow dry my hair anyway. My hair did feel more dry than usual but I read everywhere online that it is not a conditioning treatment to make your hair feel soft but a repair. I must have got thru number 7 ASAP as I ended up buying 3 bottles, putting oil in every day because it was dry. I regret ever ever ever buying these and especially in one go at such a price. Since speaking with hair dressers since they have told me that they’ve heard this a lot from people with bleached hair, I did lots of research before buying this product too reading magazines reviews and looking on their website etc, due to the cost of it. Nowhere, back then, did I read anyone’s hair had all broken off, now I’m reading it a lot more. Please reconsider buying this product if you have dry bleached hair.

Olaplex shampoo and conditioner make my scalp extremely dry and itchy. I have experimented by stopping use of them and my scalp clears then as soon as I use either product again my scalp becomes super dry and itchy again. I read a lot of reviews around the Internet of people saying the same. If your scalp is at all sensitive I would avoid at all costs.
