This company is legitimately terrible. I tried to spend hundreds of dollars on their website - and for some unknown reason - my orders kept repeatedly getting flagged as fraud. I reached out to the online customer service team and they were beyond unhelpful (thanks Prince)! You'd think they would actually want to take my money but I guess not lol. Can't wait to purchase from anywhere else! Would NEVER recommend.

It was the worst experience of purchase.. Provided 15% discount code does not work, when I applied SHINE, I did not receive a promised present! Customer service doesn’t even trying to help… It really leaves you with some feeling of disappointment and it breaks trust to the brand.

My hair had previously been shedding and breaking, but after improving my hair routine—including using the original No.3—the amount of hair coming out reduced significantly. I recently bought the reformulated No.3PLUS, expecting it to perform like the original product or better. Unfortunately, my personal experience was completely different. During shampooing, very little hair came out. However, after applying the new No.3PLUS treatment, I noticed a significant amount of hair coming away again. I understand that one use cannot scientifically prove that a product caused hair loss, and everybody’s hair and scalp can react differently. However, the timing was concerning enough that I stopped using it. The new formula also appears to be very different from the original. It still contains the OLAPLEX bond-building ingredient, but it now contains many more conditioning agents, oils, butter, extracts, polymers and fragrance ingredients. To me, it feels more like a rich conditioning mask combined with a repair treatment, rather than the simpler treatment I originally trusted. Some people may prefer the new formula, particularly if they want softness and heavy conditioning. However, customers with fine, fragile or sensitive hair should be aware that this is not simply the old No.3 working faster—it is a substantial reformulation and may not suit everyone who loved the original. At £32 for only 100 ml, I expected a premium treatment and greater transparency about how significantly the formula had changed. Companies should make major reformulations very clear, especially when replacing a well-loved product rather than offering the new formula as a separate option. I am sharing my experience so that other customers can make an informed decision. I recommend patch-testing it, monitoring shedding and breakage carefully, and stopping use if your hair or scalp reacts badly.

Just wondering if all the negative reviews are from people who have purchased counterfeit products from online platforms and not realised. Would be interested to know. Thank you. Personally I have always purchased from Olaplex legitimate suppliers and have never experienced a problem so far.

There was a problem with the order, however customer services were amazing. They were very fast to respond and the problem was fixed almost immediately.

Blimey! Olaplex No 3 has got bigger in price but bottle has shrunk. Shall have to look for somethingelse!

Al 2 maanden last van huidschilfers, klein bultje achter op mijn hoofdhuid en jeukende hoofdhuid. Afgelopen 55 jaar nooit last van gehad. Na de meeste recensies gelezen te hebben is het met duidelijk; sinds 2 maanden gebruik ik de Olaplex shampoo en conditioner. Overigens daarvoor jaren Olaplex 6 gebruikt en daarvan geen last ervaren. Bizar dat de shampoo en conditioner producten nog verkocht worden!
