I thought I’d give them a go, despite the polarising reviews. Either wildly positive, or horribly negative. Well, I’ll cut to the chase. Don’t believe the positive reviews - they are almost certainly fake reviews. As for the product I ordered. It’s literally garbage - there’s no place that it would be acceptable to wear it. Not even a fancy dress party. It is GARBAGE. So then I contact customer service who has offered a 20% refund and then a 30% defund because shipping and restocking will be expensive. When I said I don’t care the cost that I need to pay to send back, the offered a 60% refund which I refused. Then the funny part. They proceeded to offer me a 30% refund. I pointed out that they had offered a 60% refund already which I had already refused. Now they have stopped responding all together.

The shoes were marketed as orthopedic however on receiving they were; Smaller than the size I requested Definitely not orthopedic Very shoddy quality I think its a scam and I just checked there returns policy. They only say they'll provide a 'solution'. So the solution I was provided was a $17.00 refund after paying $80.00.

Sandles arrived damaged and very poorly packed, very flimsey item. Requested refund as stated on website but still waiting since delivery in June. They want to replace but web site says entitled to refund and this seems to be a problem with them. AVOID at all cost not worth it! Scammers! will be contacting Ombudsman to try and get money back

Terrible. Terrible. Terrible. Products shoddy. Descriptions inaccurate. Delivery times are VERY long. I have recently developed a painful foot condition and I ordered 5 pairs of shoes described as orthopedic. Which essentially means improved cushioning / arch support. Not only were they plastic looking, poor fit and poor quality. They were not orthopaedic as described and therefore no use. Tried to return and refund. It was long a drawn out. They will NOT refund unless you return the products and pay the postage. Even then no guarantee. The alternative is a very partial refund of around 20%. The refund comms are unnecessarily protracted. Worst online buying experience I have ever had. Please don’t use them. Waste of your time and money. You can get much better alternatives at same price if you spend your hard earned money elsewhere. I never write reviews but feel compelled to warn people. I don’t believe the positive reviews.

This website is run by scammers who not only sell poor-quality products, but do not provide on time customer service and delay refunds. After endless attempts to contact their customer service, on the 21st of August I finally received a promise of a refund, which still hasn’t been issued. When I followed up, I received email asking me to remove a negative item review from website first. This make me think that most of their positive reviews are likely fake. Will keep all updated, but suggest to avoid shopping with them,as looks like scam

Bought a ‘linen’ jacket and pant and the quality was absolutely garbage. The items looked and felt like plastic. Highly recommend against purchasing clothes here and especially because the return process is very difficult and time-consuming.

I ordered 2 tops detailed as 'cotton/linen' blouses. I received 2 tops made of polyester 65%/cotton 35% blend, absolutely not as described on the website, cheap feel fabric. I contacted the 'ChattyOkohoko' customer service email and asked for a full refund and was told I could either have 20% or other clothing in exchange. I repeated my request for a full refund given the inconsistency of the product received with the product described. Everything went quiet for 10 days or so. I emailed again for a response and was offered 30% refund, which is now being processed. I would never buy from them again. Their claim that customer satisfaction is very important to them, and that the customer feels valued and cared for are totally hollow. I accepted the partial refund as I couldn't face trying to recover the full amount from overseas. I suspect that's what they rely on? I will give the products to charity. 27.8.25 I have now received the 30% refund but there's been no further action on the promise to refund the full 100%, in spite of the reply to my review, and further emails to the company to ask for them to do as promised. The shirts will how go to charity and I will never use OkoHoko again.

I found that the suit I ordered was very poor quality and nowhere near the same colour as on website. Asked for a refund. This went on for months. They offered me discounts to keep the goods. I continued to ask for money back. Was fobbed of time and time again. Eventually I got £10. The cost of the item was £42. Continued to email. I was strung along for weeks promising a refund. I eventually got another £14. I pursued this out of principle but exhausted with the effort. My advice....don't order from them.
