Ordered a daycare shelving unit off Amazon fulfilled by OJ Commerce. Project was delivered damaged and quality was too poor to use with small children. I filled out the return form as instructed and asked for refund not wanting a replacement. Got an email stating they were preparing to ship my replacement. So I called and asked that they not ship a replacement and was told I would owe a $60 restock fee for an item I specifically told them NOT to send!! Refused delivery of new one today still have not been given information to return damaged product. Thankfully Amazon is guaranteeing me a full refund! Buyer beware with this company!!!

The oil painting I purchase is beautiful. I received it before the expected date. The packaging protected the painting from any harm. I would order another painting.

I ordered a cabinet through Walmart.com. Didn't notice that it was shipping from OJ Commerce. The listing was worded wrong, with "box 2 of 2" at the end. The details showed the entire cabinet, all the pieces, they even had a picture showing that the product came in TWO boxes. Because everything else was correct, I figured the listing was just typed in wrong. NOPE, I was wrong! OJ Commerce only sent me box 2 of 2. Knowing full well that this cabinet comes in two boxes. I contacted the maker of the cabinet, South Shore, and they were very nice...told me that this vendor knows their product comes in two boxes and hoped that they were sending the first box separately. The woman even checked the shipment for me and saw that OJ Commerce only sent one box. She told me to contact Walmart.com and have them fix the issue. I contacted Walmart.com and was told I had to contact OJ Commerce. Tried to call OJC, but was on hold forever and then hung up on several times. Called Walmart back only to be told to email OJC if they won't answer their phone. So I emailed OJC and their response was to ship the box back for a refund. All I need is the first box...box 1 of 2....sent to me. That would alleviate any issues, but they say because the listing was wrong they can't send me the other box! Now I'm having to figure out how to get the cabinet pieces back into their box and if they'll even have FedEx pick it up. I can't even lift this thing, yet they want me to rebox it for shipping. They did issue a return label with free shipping and said they'll give me a full refund. But my issue is that I just moved and needed this cabinet now, not having to wait for a refund to find another cabinet elsewhere...without a cabinet for my linens, this creates a huge inconvenience for me when all they had to do was send me the other box. Considering I already paid for the entire cabinet, my suggestion would have been the least invasive solution....now it's just a huge hassle. I do not recommend using this company at all. If you can find furniture elsewhere, you should!

My hutch was shipped and delivered and at my house in less than a week. I am now waiting for my L shaped desk. Follow the instructions and you will have no problems. I cant understand all the negative reviews people post.I will not hesitate to order from this company again. Thank you! MR. Jumb

I ordered a Carson fireplace tv counsel through Walmart.com and didnt know it would be coming from OJ Commerce. They are not allowed to charge my card until the item has shipped. It was marked shipped two days after placing the order (Sept 20) and the money was removed from my account. It was marked to be delivered in three days (Sept 23). After those the 23rd came and the tracking number still showed that it was not picked up from OJ Commerce. After calling OJ Commerce I was told they created a shipping label but marked it as hold and it should be shipped that day. The following Monday (Sept 26) it still had not been shipped. I called OJ Commerce again. They said FedEx picked it up on the 23rd. After spending most of the day calling FedEx and OJ Commerce I finally told them to refund the money. 15 minuets after telling them that they ship it. I had already started looking for a tv counsel so I called them back and told them I already told them to refund the money, they are a week late shipping, and I spent all day on the phone trying to get them to do this in the first place and I no longer want any items from them if this is how they conduct business. I was told that I keep changing my mind and they are not going to do anything about it now. Update 1: After placing this review Ojcommerce tried to have it removed saying it was bought at Walmart. The product was shipped from Ojcommerce, I was billed by Ojcommerce, I dealt with Ojcommerce horrible customer service. Obviously the review was reinstated. Update 2: After make a complaint with the BBB I received an email to return the item. This was a week after all of the phone calls and emails. Now I am being told that I have to pay return shipping and there is a 30% restocking fee. After I told them I will not pay to return the item when Ojcommerce made the mistakes, I was told I could buy another of their products of equal or grater value and they would waive the restocking fee. They screwed me now they are trying to bribe me into buying another product that they will most likely screw me on also. Ojcommerce is a bunch of crooks!!!
