OjcommerceReviews of ojcommerce.com

I bought 8 folding chairs online and I thought I was buying from WalMart so I thought the return would be easy if I didn't like them. I got them and they were SO cheap. Said they could hold up to 200 lbs. I weigh 130 and I thought I was going to break the chair. Turns out the order was actually through OJ Commerce, not WalMart. I apparently didn't read the small print. They charge a 30 percent restocking fee AND they want you to pay the shipping charges back. It just wasn't worth it, and then they could resell them for full price and scam someone else. So I bit the bullet and kept them. I certainly paid a big price for junk. I will never order from them again. I bet they make a lot of money on their junk, but the consumer pays the price. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!

I ordered a coffee table on Amazon and it was shipped by them. It came broken and Amazon refused to stand behind their A-Z policy. I ordered from a different company cheaper and it came on time and no problems. These people put you on hold so long that you simply have to hang up. Shame on Amazon too for not standing behind their vendors.

I received my beautiful Glambrey dining table and 4 upholstered chairs 5 days ahead of scheduled date. I read reviews and noted they may deliver early. All hardware and items received in good condition. Packaged well.

my item came sooner than I expected it and it was new and it worked perfectly. thanks so much for getting it out right away.

This is a scam company. I ordered four chairs from Walmart.com (OJ COMMERCE shipped this product for them. The listing was for a set of two. I ordered two sets for a total of four chairs. I received two chairs but the second set never came. I called and told them I needed the other two. I was told the listing was actually just for one (despite my card being charged for four chairs, the listing still mentioned set of two and my receipt listing set of two). I was told I would get a call back by end of day. Never happened. I called first thing Monday morning. A foreign employee refused to let me talk to anyone else and then hung up on me. I called back and was told I need to return the items for a return. This is one of many reviews. I will also be filing a Better Business report.

I made the mistake of ordering a porcelain flower online. Very surprised it was from Walmart cause the quality was really nice. Well it was too big and too heavy for place I wanted to place it. Turns out it's this company, not Walmart AND they recharge for shipping plus a 30% restocking fee!!! I'm keeping this item and have learned my lesson. Never again!

I really loved the Armoire ..it came very well packaged. The shipping was fast & it is actually even more beautiful in person. It was fairly easy to assemble & was the lowest price thru OJ commerce. I saw it for up to $175 more at other sites.

I ordered a Floor Mirror from Walmart that was fulfilled by OJCommerce. The mirror arrived two weeks before the estimated delivery date from Walmart. It also arrived in perfect condition, no damages. Packaging was superb and it was labeled as glass. After unpacking, set-up was quick and the quality of the construction was on point. Very happy.
