Rip Off and false advertising. Seller claims this is "lightweight fine bone china" but in reality it weighs almost the same as heavy Ikea ceramic with only a 5% difference. And customer service is against its customers. They argued and argued for weeks to try to avoid any fees for returns and finally force the customer to not only pay all the return shipping but then add a penalty of 20% "restocking fee" to really screw the customer. They have been a rip off from the ad to the correspondence to the return policy. Steer clear! There are much better suppliers and products out there.

Cancelled an order one minute after placing it. They ignored my email. A day later they responded saying they were shipping now. I replied again saying for the 2nd time I do not want the item. They said it was too late and charged me shipping and a 20% restocking fee. This even after I provided screenshots of the emails I sent cancelling the order a minute later when they tried telling me I didn't cancel until 24 hrs later.

I absolutely love my helping hand cart, it works great and like it's supposed to. Packing was great, easy instructions to put wheels on, and for me that's a big deal!! 😊 But only thing I would not go into a door with a bunch of things blocking the actual door, I ended up having to move things around some, but that was my fault. I would highly recommend this to others!!!!!! It also got delivered faster than I was told it would, which is great!!!!! I'm going to take it with me everywhere. Thank you ssssssooooo much!!!!!

The items arrived in good condition. I feel they could have been packaged better. Most of the zip-ties were already broken inside the box. The metal pieces were a bit flimsy for the price. The sparkle on the leaves came off easily and since I plan to hang them over my bed I didn't want silver leaf all over the bed I thought a spray of a clear lacquer would be a good idea. DO NOT DO THIS! It literally ruined the colors. It changed all the colors and looks terrible. I am going to have to spray them now to get them to even look decent. Disappointed in that but it was my own fault. Items shipped quickly though.
