If i could give 0 stars I could!! This company posted a very deceiving picture online of a changing table. Then when it came in and was not what was expected I reached out to start the return process. Come to find out, DESPITE being mislead by the photo, I would still have to pay a 20% restocking fee AND return shipping. I have just decided to keep the product because by the time I pay shipping and restocking I will be out over $150 and the product was $250. Not to mention their customer service is rude, uncaring and disrespectful...if they even answer the phone. Completely disgusted!

absolutely unacceptable return policies. Item arrived damaged and they claim that I have to pay return shipping and that they will determine if I get a refund. They say it will only be 50% if they item is received damaged by them. Of course it will arrive damaged to them - that's why I'm returning it! The item is of such low quality that I'm not surprised it was damaged during shipping. Buyer Beware!

Purchase an item and the next day they canceled my order and relist the item for $60 more. This after are you charging me $130 for the item!

Horrible customer service

They refused to work with me regarding my order.

Their customer service is one of the most horrible services I ever dealt with in my life. John, the supervisor I spoke with should be demoted and not in a supervisory position. The customer service agent began to get impatient with me on the phone. She proceeded to tell me I was "talking in circles." Well, when someone does not try and understand what you are telling them, you will continue repeating what you have to say. You just do no treat your customers like that. You are the one providing me with the service, not the other way around. And if it was the other way around, I would have a lot more respect!! While speaking to the customer service agent and John the supervisor, they could not come to a resolution to the issue I presented him with and had no interest in making right what was wrong. I will NEVER buy from this company again and I highly suggest no one else EVER buys from this company again, unless you want to deal with HORRIBLE customer service. Considering how this company treats their customers---they will probably be out of business in 5 years. No customer wants to deal with employees with an attitude.

Terrible communication. Do not comprehend e-mails. SLOW response. Generic bot replies. I bought my product 2 weeks ago and it hasn't even shipped!

Great service, delivery on time; very satisfied with my purchase and the company!
