Fast shipping, well packed item, and clear instructions.

I ordered a microwave from Walmart.com, so I could return it to Walmart if it did not fit. When it came it was too big and I hauled it over to walmart, only to be told it was really from ojcommerce. And to call this number. So sorry this happens frequently, from the customer service representative. Only to find out I have to pay $80 for return shipping and a 20% restocking fee!!!! I will be more careful when ordering anything! This is a horrible case of bait and switch!!

This Company is a rip-off, please be aware i purchased a car seat the straps are too tight, my wife and I loosened the straps and still tight. Called the customer service they wanted to take pictures of my child in the seat to make sure we are telling the truth. Funny thing is we were not asking for a refund all we wanted if they could send us extensions for the straps. The supervisor said that it did not defect and that there is nothing he could do. Please be aware they are no good

They are the worst & rudest company ever. Don't buy anything they are selling on Amazon. They sold me a damaged package. A dresser. And I put it together anyway and now the drawers are falling apart. Their solution is to go but new shipping materials and pay shipping to only receive a partial refund. They are horrible

I bought three room dividers from Walmart that were fulfilled by OJCommerce. They arrived in a reasonable amount of time, they were factory packaged, had no blemishes, dents or any damage. I am very pleased.

I bought a $600 bed For my daughter. I love the bed the only problem Was some of the pieces were missing, was able to use screws I had in my garage. Also The wood cracked around a lot of the screw holes. I was able to hide with some washers. Overall love the design of the bed, not sure if I will by again.
