I ordered from them off Walmart.com, not knowing I could not return to Walmart. The table was improperly packed and smashed to bits. After doing the paperwork, and sending photos, they promised a refund in 3 to 5 days. One month later, no refund. They are stonewalling. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM.

I’m currently re-furnishing my entire living/dining room and purchased several assemble-it-yourself wood veneer pieces. This table is the best item I ordered. The veneer feels durable and I’m not worried about corners chipping. It’s a simple table design, both visually and easy to assemble, not all that many steps. I purchased the table from walmart's site where OJcommerce was the vendor. They provided me with great customer service, I needed to cancel my first order and re-order, they responded to my email quickly and were super helpful. After the item arrived at my home they emailed me again to make sure everything was ok.

IF I COULD GIVE STARS I WOULD! PURCHASED A DVD HOLDER OFF OF AMAZON FROM THIS COMPANY AND I RECEIVED IT DAMAGED. IN ORDER TO GET MY MONEY BACK I HAVE TO SEND IT BACK TO THEM, I HAVE TO PAY THE SHIPPING BACK AND PAY A RESTOCKING FEE OF 20%!! SO THEY GET YOU THERE BECAUSE TO SEND THE ITEM BACK IT WILL COST ME OVER $100.00!!! THEY GIVE AMAZON A BAD REPUTATION BECAUSE AMAZON AGREES AND ALLOWS THEM TO USE THIS POLICY. EVEN IF THE ITEM HADN'T BEEN DAMAGED IT WAS JUNK!! OH THEY ALSO WANT YOU TO SEND IT BACK TO THEM IN THE PACKAGING IT CAME IN....CAN'T DO THAT WHEN THE BOX WAS DAMAGED AS WELL AND THE BOX HAD TO BE TOTALLY TORN APART TO GET TO THE ITEM. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!

Ordered a year ago. Received two boxes for my daughter's dresser, stored them away for when I would need it. I went to build it the other day and behold, 2 boxes filled with the same exact items. No screws.. No metal, no nothing. So I email the company just asking for my missing parts since, I know I can't return it. They call me the wrong name (bizarre since my email. Is my name) and tell me. They do not accept refunds. Right I got it, I wasn't returning anything, I just want my missing pieces??
