This company does not even deserve a one star. I ordered a bed through Amazon and when I received the package 2 parts of the bed were missing. I called them and told them to send me the specific parts. 5 days later I get one part of the two I needed and it was the part for the wrong bed. I called them again to let them know that the parts they sent me were incorrect and one was still missing. The representative advised me that these were the correct parts and I needed to use body pressure to put a piece of plastic thru a solid piece of wood. I figured out that the parts they sent me belonged to a different model number ,, it was written on the actual boards. I had to wait 2 days for them to say .. nope, we are not going to send the parts out. you need to return the product. I did not have the original boxes anymore. they told me that it was okay. They were supposed to send fed ex to pick up the package. Fed ex never showed up. I called them to let them know and they said just leave it on your front porch and we will sent fed ex again. I travel for work so I was gone the whole week. just to come back on Sunday and the packages are still on my front porch !! They schedule a pick up for Tuesday 11/26 I have to leave again and I hope the packages are picked up because my 30 days are approaching soon. Terrible company with the worse customer service ever!!

Do not order from this thieving company!!! Purchased a Christmas tree through amazon from them. Checked the lights before assembling, they all worked. Shortly after assembling, second section stopped working. Found a broken bulb, replaced it and replaced fuse...nothing. Paid $430 for tree, although they shipped to me at no cost, had to pay a restocking fee at 20% $86 and had to pay to ship it back $123. Ridiculous!! Biggest rip off ever. Merry Christmas to me!

HORRIBLE company. I bought the wrong size due to my error and just wanted to return it and get a different size and I have a 20% restocking fee and have to pay for shipping! That's just CRAZY! I will never buy anything from them again and would make sure if you did that you will not need customised l customer service or to return anything.

I called to ask about a couch and asked if it was in stock. I was told it was, so I placed the order on a Monday. My payment was deducted from my bank account right away. I called later that day to confirm the order and they said it would ship by no later than Thursday. Thursday comes around and I didn't receive a shipping notification so I called again on Friday. I was told my order needed an approval from the manager because they could not find a shipping service and that they would call me back and asked for my phone number. I never received a callback so I kept calling them. It was impossible to get a hold of someone. It seems like it is a very small company and they do not always answer the phone. Since I could not get a hold of them, I also tried emailing them. No one ever replied back. Then hours later I receive an email stating my order was cancelled. I then tried calling again from my husband's phone because I had a feeling maybe my number had gotten blocked. Sure enough, when I called from a different number they answered right away! Customer service is rude and unprofessional! They claim to offer "free shipping". However, I am thinking that if they can't get a good deal on shipping they will cancel the order, which is what they did to me! They shouldn't take people's money before actually shipping the item!!!!! They took my money right away before they were completely sure that they could ship it out. It was just a really bad experience and a waste of time! Customer service is non-existent. It was a nightmare dealing with this company. Do not purchase through them!

These people suck, plain and simple. They are crooks. Do not order anything from them unless you want to be ripped off. How they managed to become a vendor on Amazon is a complete mystery to me.

Better hope whatever you order comes perfectly because dealing with the seller is impossible. Even if the item is defective they expect you to pay to return it AND charge a restocking fee. Its actually more expensive to return items then it is to get the refund. Absolutely no respect for the buyer and terrible at communication.

Avoid these people at all cost!!! Read the reviews and trust them, there are no good reviews of these folks. This has to be the most incompetent company out there. I don't know if they are deliberately messing with people to rip them off or if they are just so incompetent that they cannot get anything right. I purchased an item, received something completely different. Then trying to rectify the situation has been an exercise in frustration and futility.

My wife ordered a microwave stand from amazon. After she told me she ordered the stand I looked at the description and I immediately realized that the unit was to wide for the space she was planning to put it. Within 2 HOURS of her placing the order I logged into our account and cancelled the order. At that point we just assumed it was over. However OJ commerce basically ignored the cancellation request and shipped the stand anyway. 2 days later we received an email stating that the order had already been sent to there warehouse and it was nothing they could do. That was a flat out lie. All they had to do was login to there Fedex delivery manager application and cancel the delivery themselves. So 5 days later we come home and there is box sitting on our front porch. I immediately contact amazon customer service and they told me there was nothing they could do because the order was placed thru the marketplace. So I reached out to oj commerce and requested an RMA. They approved the RMA but told me we had to pay for the return shipping cost and pay a 20% restocking fee. After checking with UPS & FedEx we found that to return the box paying consumer rates would be almost $100. The stand cost us $251 dollars. So we are stuck with this thing that we have zero use space for. All I will say is this. AVOID THIS COMPANY LIKE IT IS EBOLA.
