Please don't order anything from this company. I order a Grandfather clock and it's a beautiful piece of furniture, but you can't hear the chime. Request if they had a repair/installation person in the area. They send me a message informing me to return the item with a 20% restock charge plus return at my expense. They are a real rip off and should not be adverting at all in my opinion. They would receive the item back reaps your 20% restock charge and they don't have to pay the return shipping charge. Maybe be even fix the clock and resell. Who lost out here? YOU not THEM.

No quality assurance whatsoever. I ordered one item and they shipped the wrong item. I much cheaper item. Then, they sent me an item that confirmed they shipped the wrong item. That should have easily been caught at that time. Worst thing? Now the item I wanted is sold out. I would not recommend.

I bought a stroller via Walmart and apparently OJ Commerce was the one who shipped it to me. Stroller was too small, so I contacted them for return. To my surprise they dont provide return shipping label as well they charge 20% restocking fee. So basically stroller costs 50$. Return would cost 30$ and restocking fee 20% (it will be 10$), means they will refund 10$ from 50$ i have paid. You SCAM. Terrible Terrible Service. You are the worst!!!!!

Products not made very well, Directions are by picture not very helpful. Have a email in to a supervisor about the product and money that I had to put out of pockets and all they damage shipped to twice to me both times damaged.

I would give them zero stars if I could. This goes along with Walmart as well. I purchased a Christmas tree from the Walmart website and apparently it came from Ojcommerce. The tree was nothing like it showed in the pic, paid 275.00 for the tree that I saw at home depot for 100.00. This company is a scam do not order anything from them. To add insult to injury they wanted me to pay for shipping and a 20% restocking fee!!!! Total scam they need to be reported to attorney generals office, which actually is my next step. Again shame on Walmart for allowing them to sell products on there website.

After reading the reviews, I agree with the general theme of the reviews that I read...HORRIBLE product. I am surprise AMAZON is still using them as a vendor. Bad enough the product is "LESS THAN" by their return policy for the consumer is HORRIBLE. The make their profit off their restocking fees. There is the movie Miracle on 34th Street... God create a MIRACLE on 3076 N Commerce Pkwy, Miramar, FL 33025...Give Ojcommerce a SOUL and HEART! FAKE CUSTOMER SERVICE...THERE IS NON, NOR DO THEY CARE!
