To return something that I ended up not needing would cost me twice as much as I paid for it in shipping, that I'd have to pay for. On top of that they want a %20 restocking fee. Terrible customer service and impossible to get ahold of.

Read review before order !!! We have order bike order on April 25th we have no idea where it was shipped or not. The email stated that shipping would be between May 8th-12. Today is 05/20/20; after all, I checked order status, and it shows Cancel. How come no one calls us or email us to let us know what the situation is? What is the reason for the cancellation? Am I very disappointed with your company? Return my money ASAP. I will make sure the review will be visible to all.

Bad bad bad very very bad company. Never never order anything from them. We did order a bike. After a month of waiting the order has been canceled, and there were no any information about the cancellation.

Received my microwave last week, actually a few days earlier than expected. so far I actually love the microwave, the only problem that I have is, when the door is open the light doesn't come on, it only comes on when the microwave is running. Hope it lasts a long time.

Ordered a freezer from them 3 weeks ago because they said they had one in stock. They charged my credit card immediately but it turns out they don't have one in stock. Buyer beware.
