Great service

I was fooled by low prices. Order placed 2 wks never shipped. Customer service non-existence.

Bought a bike and there was quality issue. I could not reach customer service at all. Nobody is answering the phone. At least if people are working from home, they need to be able to answer the phone from home. Their online support form does not work - it cannot be submitted. Obviously there is technical issue with the website. Not happy at all. This is the worst that can happen for customer service.

The head board I ordered was nice and for the price quality is good , unfortunately the screw that I needed to put the head board together did not come in the box and I had to go to Home Depot and purchase the missing pieces

I bought my third Armarkat Pet Bed because my dogs really love them. They are like a very cushiony carpet. you can tie the corners and give the "bed" sides, IF your dog doesn't chew the ties off immediately. Mine love that added bonus. Bought this one from OJcommerce and they delivered on time and all went smoothly.

Purchased a 32x60 inch rustic mirror for our bathroom at walmart.com. Arrived in 2 days, extremely well packed, free shipping. Love the mirror! Perfect.

I purchased the ladder desk from Walmart.com from this supplier. I was very excited for my purchase. Well, I was okay with the shipping time due to Covid-19. Once the item was delivered I noticed the ladder desk was only a partial of the full ladder desk pictured in the description. I am fully upset. I read the description and compared to the full details of the product. Now I have a partial ladder desk and fully not satisfied.

Ordered a sandbox a month in advance for my toddlers birthday. They waited til the week it was supposed to be shipped to say they're all out of stock. Yet they still have them listed as in stock on Amazon. Terrible service. Stay away.
