I placed an order. After two weeks of no update I reach out to cancel order. They take their time to respond and then ship order. I follow up on tracking number it says label created. Won’t stop shipment. Finally arrives and to return I lost 20% to a restocking fee in addition to paying for your own return label. DO NOT BUY.

I ordered 4 Zero Gravity chairs and paid via paypal which redirected me to the site. I did not complete checkout on the site and they went ahead and charged my card. Then sent me a confirmation email with an account and password which they set up for me. I emailed shortly after to say that I did not complete my order and to cancel and refund me the money. There was no response. I have e-mailed numerous times since yesterday and left a voice message.There has been no response or acknowledgment of my e-mail or message.

Ordered a mirror from here over a month ago the payment was taken from my account the next day yet they still haven’t shipped my order. I received no confirmation or anything. I’ve emailed them probably 10 times and they don’t respond. They are thieves this company is sham don’t order from them. How do you take the full payment amount but not send even a confirmation of order.
