OjcommerceReviews of ojcommerce.com

We ordered a computer armoir and it was exactly what we expected. We had ordered the same piece of furniture many years ago when we started traveling in an RV. It makes a great computer area. We were off the road for a few years and are now going back to traveling in an RV.. This is a great piece of furniture for the purpose. Since this is the second we ordered we obviousjly we like the functionality. The only problem is that both times it came with a few "dings" in it. This time they were all in the inside so we did not have to deal with getting parts replaced. For anyone traveling in an RV and it is a very practical way to have a small office. I did the church bulletin, newsletter, stories/articles and all of the communication that went out from the church the last time we traveled and it worked great. Gail Beal

I order a Toro weed eater but all the string does is wrap around the weeds. The length of string is so small I'm wasting my time using it. I hope I can return it as the cost was expensive. Lutricia Gardner

I would give them zero stars if possible. I was supposed to have my bed frame a month ago still not here. They keep stringing me on. SCAM!!!!!!!!!!

My desk arrived on time and was fast and simple to out together. I feel I received a great deal and the desk is perfect in size shape and color.

It came quickly and seems to be of very good quality. I am highly satisfied with this purchase.

I purchased a bed frame from OJ Commerce in March. It arrived quickly, which I was happy about, but it wasn't until I finished assembling it did I see a small sticker that said the product contains formaldehyde. Formaldehyde is KNOWN to cause cancer. There was nothing in the product information online that stated this. So, they failed to disclose this, and you only would have seen had you noticed the small sticker on a part of the bed frame. The bed frame also stinks from the poisonous chemicals. But the cherry on top was when I requested to return it and stated why, they told me that I could return it and should just send them the tracking number...meaning they wanted ME to pay for the return shipping for an oversized product that they falsely advertised. There was no way I was going to drag a bed frame to the post office. They're a fraudulent company. I should have just gone with Wayfair or Hayneedle because they have awesome customer service. I took a chance on OJ and I learned my lesson. I also reported them to the Better Business Bureau which I have never done before with a company.

First OJCommerce sends email with email with user and p/w that was not encrypted (emails are sent clear text so every easy to hijack or hack. Second site stated item was in stock once ordered it was back ordered. Than stated it was to be delivered 5/13/2020. Which ended up being the date FedEx received the items. So I received items 5/26/2020 when items had been ordered 4/26/2020. Based on this information I do not believe OJCommerce has ANY STOCK and orders from overseas once items customer orders than strings the customer along as the items in route as these items took 1 month to receive.

I ordered through Walmart.com. The order arrived when it said it would.
