Rip off and poor customer service
I was very disappointed with the ohsnap grip. As soon as I received it, I tried using it, but I found it nearly impossible to hold my phone comfortably because my fingers simply would not fit easily into the grip. I contacted the company’s customer service hoping they could offer some advice or help me figure out how to use it properly. Instead, I received a notice indicating that I had requested a return. That was not the kind of customer support I was looking for. I paid $50 for the product, but I will only receive $37.50 back. There is also a $5 fee to have the refund returned to my original payment card. In the end, I am losing money on a product that simply did not work for me. For my experience, this was a complete rip-off. Even more disappointing was the lack of meaningful customer service. They might want to consider changing the name from "customer service" to simply "company service," because I did not feel that they were interested in helping me as a customer. They make teh customer got through hoops even to post a review - perhaps to discourage them from posting?
