The case is ok. I wish it covered the camera for more protection. I also ordered a snap grip. I’ve used it for one week and the grip won’t snap back in place so it lays flat. Very disappointed.

I ordered two of their pop sockets and even at 25% off they are VERY expensive. On top of that they charge shipping which apparently comes on a slow boat from China. I still haven’t received them and got an update that it takes 10+ days to receive. I will follow up with a review on the actual product.

As another review indicated, I ordered the luxe 4 snap and it arrived broken. When I reported it, I was told I would have to wait until other preorders were issued, as they were treating my replacement as a “new” order. If a company sends you a broken product, you shouldn’t be at the end of the priority line. While customer service responds quickly, they have a super backwards policy as it relates to replacement of their broken grip. I give two instead of one star for quick responses, but the responses are unsatisfactory. Recommend taking that into consideration when adding your $40 phone grip to cart

I really liked the first 2 versions of ohsnap. The new version 3 is very cheaply made and no longer works as a kickstand (even though they claim it does). It's next to impossible to reach customer service (the company blocked me on Instagram when I reached out), and when I finally got someone via the website, they just keep ignoring my complaints and tell me how great the grip is. Many customers are expressing dissatisfaction with the new product in Instagram and they are being ignored and brushed aside as well. Very disappointing for a start up company who used to have an excellent product

The 2.0 ohsnap sucks. The elastic band snaps in 1-2 months. They sent me a replacement, its wearing out already less than 2 weeks later. The 1.0 was pretty good, the elastic stretched but it was decent. The mag charger thing doesnt work if your phone case is too big. Bad product due to rapid wear, but they could fix that and id be happy to then give it 5/5..

Paid like 50 $ (CAD) for something that lasted 1 month top. It snapped. Make yourself a favour and get a phone loops. The magnet didn’t work either
