Great experience !

My entire transaction was completed successfully in minutes and I had my tickets in hand. I would have no hesitation is using The Official Ticket Center again.

The cheapest spot for tickets !!! Honestly I can’t find anything bad to say about this place . Unless you’re a resident of Florida And you can get that residential discount there’s no other place to go but here .

After an issue with “security,” they mailed my tickets to me instead of sending etickets. Upon receiving my tickets, I tried linking them to My Disney Experience. After multiple attempts, I emailed the Official Ticket Center to find out what was going on. Their reply? “Yes the tickets are activated for when you are ready to use they. If they were not activated you would not be able to use them.” Thanks captain obvious. Glad my email actually got read. I’m not so sure the Official Ticket Center is worth the headache. Edit: of course they don’t think there is anything wrong with their customer service, which is why they posted a passive aggressive response to my review (which they requested of me, twice.) Also, when someone claims you clearly didn’t read their email and you respond that you don’t know what the issue was... you just verified their point.
