Good priced tickets with good expiration dates. Very professional service. Received E-ticket in less than 24 hours. Linked to Mband and made my fastpasses. Super easy

If the unavailability of a eTicket for the Kennedy Space Center was communicated on your website I missed it. I am a travel agent and I was purchasing these tickets for some Disney clients who want to drive to Port Canaveral on their last day at Disney and then visit NASA the next day. Now I have to pay an additional $15, and take up their Disney time, for them to try and rendezvous with a delivery person from The Official Ticket Center. They will not be leaving Disney early enough to stop by your location and pick up the tickets. Had I known this was the case prior to purchasing the tickets I would not have used your company.

We are sorry this happened. It is clearly stated on our front landing page in blue at the top what tickets are ETickets and also on the Kennedy Space Center page at the very top in bold red lettering. If you ever need assistance in a time situation like you had, please call us at the office so we can make better arrangements for you and you client. I hope you can go and change your 1 star review as this was not our fault.

Wanted 4 day tickets to Disney World and got a 5th day free! It will be our kids first time to Disney and I know they will love it. The process was easy! E-ticket was sent within 8 business hours and was easily applied to My Disney Experience and assigned to the members of the family. Great deal!!

Received my Disney world tickets quickly. It was easy to match them to “my Disney experience” account.
