Chat not able to answer my question so I was told to call. Operator when I called gave questionable info. I ordered anyway after checking info elsewhere. Order acknowledgement email said I'd get order status email in 24 hours. Did not happen. Called on a Saturday and message says they are open saturdays but message also says please call during our open hours. Frustrating.

I believe the Disney World tickets we purchased are correct, and the process was fairly smooth. The reasons for dropping to three stars: The start date that we selected our tickets to add to the cart was in the format of month/day/year. The checkout form asked for a "travel date" not for the date the tickets were supposed to start, which is confusing. Next, when we received the order confirmation email, the date was in the format day/month/year, which scared me because the tickets are non-refundable and only for a specific set of days. After checking further, it seems that the tickets are for the correct start date. Also, it took a day for the confirmation to go through—this seemed like a long time; with other vendors we have received a response the same day, and quickly at that. Those were the issues that reduced my confidence in ordering the tickets. Other than that, the prices were correctly charged, etc.

We apologize for the confusion with the dates shown on your confirmation email - we processed your tickets on 02/12/2020 and the start day for your tickets that you chose was 12/02/2020. All ticket orders require time for processing to ensure tickets are dispersed properly! Also, when choosing your ticket(s) "Start Date", you want to choose the timeframe in which you are looking to visit the theme parks. We do appreciate your honest feedback; enjoy your trip to Disney World!

I am trying to buy 2 day passes and your website was more expensive than what I could have paid at the gate. Also, the deals are really a deal until you get into 6 to 7 days at Disney.

Hi Hanna, Not sure where you got this information from, but I assure you we are cheaper than the actual gate for a 1 and 2 day ticket and will keep you out of the long lines. Here is a sample of a search on Touringplans ticket calculator for a 2 day Walt Disney World Base ticket. I hope after reading this you can change your 3 star to a 5 star :) Option 1: Total Cost of $255.10 Ticket: 2-Day 1 Park Per Day Ticket - Adult - Start Date of 11/20/2019 (valid 11/20/2019-11/23/2019) Note that this ticket's 'start date' is DIFFERENT from your first day (11/22/2019) in the parks. That's okay, as long as all your park days are included in the period for which the ticket is valid! The fraud check that includes a control of the mail address is not ok. I have a mail address registered to my credit card, but this the fraud check does not check. It just checks if the address has my first and last name. Anyone can create a mail address that contains my first and last name. This resulted in that I had to change to my work mail address to get my e-ticket.

We chose this company because of the e-tickets, but it was until we had already paid that we learned we couldn't get those e-tickets for security reasons because it was an internatinal purchase. We had to get there and pick them up physically, which added the transportation cost to the price of the tickets. The boss there was also a little rough too. But once we got our tickets, everything was fine.

The ticket buying experience was 5 star, but my opinion was downgraded by offering a free gift that was a joke.
