Booked event ticket they took money then decided we couldn't get e ticket had to pick up in person offered refund. Still to this day waiting holiday almost over.😠😠

Everything is good. Also the customer service staff answered my question promptly. If there's anything to improve, I will suggest for SeaWorld, Busch garden and water parks unlimited visit ticket, please list all the parks on ticket, instead just the SeaWorld. Thanks.

I researched several options for discount tickets (AARP, AAA, etc) and found that none of them were better than the deals offered by some of the discount ticket sellers. I tend to be a bit skeptical, but The Official Ticket Center stood out to me. I looked over the options and the called, early in a Saturday morning to ask a few questions. I spoke with one of the owners who was very pleasant and answered all of my questions. I ordered tickets on the website and everything happened exactly as he told me it would. We are looking forward to our trip in a few weeks with no concerns about our tickets to the Universal Parks.

The purchase was quick and without problems

I don't know why this company text me a message saying it couldn't find my email address and IP, and I was almost unable to get the park. Also this company took over 12 hours to send me the ticket confirmation. Awful job of yours. First and last time I deal with you.

Bad experience getting tickets I purchased and was charged for and they couldn’t find my information what so ever on their system even after proof of being charged for night City Walk passes.

This was the cheapest place that had the tickets that I could find.
