Friend bought 2 day tickets at the same time we did and got 3 days free. When we call to see if we could have that same deal we were told no. Would have need to choose at time of purchase. I find that to be bad customer service.

Waste of time. My purchase went through for a etickets. I then got an email that said they couldn't send etickets because they were unable to verify my email address. I've had the email address for about 20 years. I have no idea why they can't verify it, but given that I'm flying to Florida, I'm not interested in driving to pick up the tickets. Got a refund and purchased elsewhere, where I should have started to begin with.
