It's a scam , be careful if you purchase this product as they will take money from your credit card and send you unwanted product. They took $178au from my account . I email and they told me to return the product and they will refund me . It's been six weeks since the product was received by them and still nothing . Plus the mask is a ball of shit . To respond today is 19 August 2026 and still I have no refund. It's been well over two months ,how many times do I have to reach out? Do I have to keep chasing it? I've emailed Christine and she is chasing it up she is saying that they cannot verify my return even though I it was sent registered post with a tracking number and delivered. You guys received the tracking number when I sent it so you should know that it has been delivered. If you cannot run a simple thing. How can you be trusted with anything else, please return my money straight away.

Not even worth 1 star period!! Ive not received anything at all from this company although they have charged me 3 times so far! I am highly upset 😡 Also I have contacted my attorney. The better business bureau. Left many emails to them and all I got back were stupid replies! I'm done your company is a scam and no good for nothing! I want all my money back including my 2 overdraft fees!! I'm done discussing this you guys did me wrong and this is not the end of it!! Full of chemicals. Wish I had read the ingredients before purchasing. Customer service was great, got the 4 masks very fast, put one on last night and couldn’t sleep a wink till I took it off 4 hours later. Looked at all the horrible ingredients today. The skin is the biggest organ of the body! I won’t use the rest. Complete waste of money. My face looks the same. My fault I didn’t research.

SCAM. Please submit reports to BBB so they are shut down! Like other reviews say, you get $90 charges and no product. There is no customer service. AI bots give canned email replies. I had to submit an official report against the company with the BBB and submit a legal cease and desist letter to have a real email reply agreeing to cancel my “subscription.” No refunds have been received yet and I am not expecting it.

Total Scam. Order was never delivered. Company automatically enrolled me in monthly auto pay, even though I never authorized this. I have reported them to banking fraud division and will also lodge a complaint with FB.

This website lies you don’t even deserve the one star I gave you. I didn’t even get what I ordered. All I got was a stupid neck mask. That I didn’t even want. I ordered the face mask the buy two get one free 12 mask whatever it’s said on your website and all I got was the stupid neck free mask. and got no facial mask y’all suck you lie y’all are thieves. don’t order from this company, their thieves.

This is the worst product and the worst company for returns exactly what it says ontrust pilot that they get you for a reoccurring subscription that you did not sign up for and charge you and then they will not refund you and charge you again before you realize that you have a subscription horrible and have done it numerous times to people I have called my bank asking for a refund because this is a scam 100%

very scammy...I ordered a 4 month supply and 1 month later was billed for another 90 dollars....I understand auto ship in that 4 months later I would receive another order....but this is ridiculous...
