Horrible product and experience. I had previously written to cancel my subscription but they charged me anyway. They hadn't canceled it and now they will not refund me. They stopped responding. Im so angry.

The day I ordered, I turned around and tried to cancel the order within a few minutes. I was told I had to wait until it comes in and then return it. That’s what I did. It’s been almost 2 months and I still have not gotten my refund. I’ve sent them proof that they received it and they still won’t give me my money back. Have emailed them 3 to 4 times a week. They’re scammers and Fraudulent.

I never got my product. and they are not going me back my money. Oh be careful everyone its a automated subscription they will charge you every month! I cancel it

Worst customer service ever. Lack of timely responses. Christine is the worst of them all. Takes weeks for replies. Don't order from their website, extremely overpriced.

Horrible and deceptive business practices. I ordered one product as what I thought was a one time purchase. It turns out they somehow made it a subscription which I never agreed to and only realized it when they sent me another shipment. My request for a refund was denied then Inasked to return but it took them too long to get back to me and now it is too late to return ? I would advise buyers to beware and not purchase from them.

Terrible subscription and business practices. Took upwards of 6 weeks to receive the order, in fact the order sat in "preparing order" for 3 weeks alone. I finally recieve notice the shipment arrived while I was away on vacation and wake up 5 days later (still on vaction) that the next subscription order is already placed and processing! Impossible for me to have even used all of the product, even if I had been home yet. I immediately contact Quasi (note: they do not send email notification ahead of time that the order is renewing until it's already "processing order") and was told too bad. Won't stop it, won't refund it, etc and I'll have to take the order and they'll cancel subscription. My issue wasn't the subscription it was 1) no email to say it was renewing in 24 hours or 48 hours, like MOST companies and 2) that it took SO long to receive the product I'd need at least 4 weeks from SHIPMENT received before auto renewing the order. Scammers and completely not concerned about customer satisfaction. At this point when I get back in 2 days, I do not even care if I love the product and its the best thing ever, as I will NEVER buy from them again, or promote their company. Despicable business practices.

Apparently, placing an order means that you are signed up for a year’s subscription at $30 a month. I don’t recall signing up for a subscription, I just wanted to try it once before deciding to order more. Before I had a chance to try it, I got a message that the next one would arrive shortly. I contacted the company to cancel the subscription. I was collates that it was cancelled. Then I was told that it would cancel at the end of the year. That’s 10 more months. Don’t get mixed up with this company. Any company that tricks consumers into a subscription they can’t get out of must be desperate to use entrapment to keep getting money. I have never tried this product, and I am really upset that I have to take drastic action to get out of an unwanted subscription.

I had to hassle them to even send my order. When I finally received it, it was only part of my order. Their products don’t do much for your skin. They are just nice for a relaxing self care. However, they are scammers and stressful to deal with so the masks kind of defeat the purpose of a relaxing day. How can they help you relax if you don’t have them and the company has stolen your money? Plus their background story is a total like and this is not Korean skincare. I have contacted this company at least ten times asking about my order and they have ignored me each time. I’m not going to keep wasting my time just to get ignored. I will continue to report this fraud company to every necessary consumer protection agency. Yes, please post your proof that your ingredients and brand are indeed Korean. Save yourself the headache, just buy Biodance. Neither is a necessity to your skincare routine or have long term effects. Now, they are giving me the run around. They stated they processed a refund. When I asked for proof, they are now stating they aren’t giving a refund but now opening an investigation. Just don’t bother with this scam company.
