Product customer service and warranty stuck Product does not work. And no one is ever available to help. Total scam

I got my products and decided to try out the mask. The first time I used it, my face felt itchy, but I figured it might just be a minor reaction. So, I gave it another try a few days later. Unfortunately, the itchiness came back, and I even started to get bumps on my face. Just when I thought things couldn't get any worse, I discovered I had accidentally subscribed to the product and got charged. Luckily, Elizabeth came to my rescue and helped me cancel the subscription and billing.

Very disappointing customer service experience. I ordered this product one time simply to try it. Unfortunately, it broke my face out, and after reading some of the other reviews, I guess I was crazy for ordering it in the first place. What makes this even more concerning is that I was then placed on automatic shipments that I did not knowingly consent to. When another order arrived, I immediately contacted Quasi because the package was unopened and I wanted to return it. After several attempts to get return instructions, they finally provided an address in Doral, Florida. I printed the address exactly as they provided it, attached it to the package, and took it to my local post office. The postal employee told me the address was not valid. I then had to contact Quasi yet again. They have now acknowledged there is an issue with the address and say they are escalating the matter to verify the correct return information. This has been an unnecessarily frustrating and time consuming experience. Customers should not have to repeatedly contact a company just to return an unopened product, especially after being given return information that cannot be used. Beware before ordering from this company. Read the reviews, understand exactly what you are signing up for, and make sure you know whether you are agreeing to recurring shipments.

I had cancelled my subscription with this company, yet they continued to charge my credit card and will not answer emails trying to resolve the issue. I received one text offering me 50% off but I declined. Since then, I have not heard from them. They will not respond to my emails. Horrible customer service!

Trick you with “autoship” subscription. Customer service gets back to you quickly but returns you have to pay shipping (both ways) because they won’t refund the original shipping PLUS a 20% restocking fee. No Thanks!!!

TERRIBLE PRODUCT AND EVEN WORSE CUSTOMER SERVICE, DO NOT BELIVE THEIR **** OF 30 DAY FULL MONEY BACK REFUND. THIS PRODUCT DID NOTHING FOR ME, AND I HAVE BEEN REACHING OUT FOR OVER A MONTH TO PROCESS AND SEND BACK THE REMAINING UNUSED PRODUCTS AND STILL NO RESOLVE. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!!! Their response is not true as I reached out many times and now they are saying if i used more than 2 of the 8 masks then I DON'T GET A REFUND, if I signed up for their subscription I DON'T GET A REFUND, although when i 1st reached out shortly after receiving them and mentioned they don't work they told me to keep using them and use them more often, THEY WILL NOT GIVE A FULL REFUND, and until they do I will keep updating this review.

The worst experience I have had! I do not return , I used one mask and had a reaction. I just stop using it after that. Then I received another shipment. I contact the company and asked for a return because of their first issue I had. It took them three weeks to finally get back to me. I can return the product but they don’t have return shipping and labels well in there company logo it says you can if you’re approved. I was approved and it cost me $16 to send back the mask I feel I should be refunded the $16 which will I will proceed and they charged me again this month for more mask. This is bad business . I have never dealt with a company like this in my life. Find another product to use cause this is not the company.

I was so excited to try this. I never received the product. I contacted postal office and checked with neighbors. I emailed them and they did not offer a solution. Very upset!
