They are crooks. I bought it once and they did automatic shipping which I never requested. The product is not impressive and I cannot get them on the phone or they do not return emails. I now have no choice but to go to the attorney General in Florida to report this fraudulent company. Don't purchase from them.

I tried this product as they were offering a free trial just pay shipping. I used one and it was ok. Nothing to jump hoops over. The following month I noticed a charge on my cc for $35.99 from this company. Contacted them immediately! They informed me I signed up for a membership. I informed them I did not and to show proof where I did. Still a month later with back to back emails, since there is no customer service number to call, I’ve gotten nowhere. I have since received another package of these masks. I told them I don’t want them and I certainly didn’t order them. They are now telling me I have to take it to a FedEx office at my cost and they will be charging me a 20% restocking fee!! For something I did not order! I feel this is false advertising, forced payment and now I’m held hostage to a product I didn’t order with the worst customer service ever. So I can’t even say read the fine print because it’s not there! Just buyer beware with this unscrupulous company.

I have emailed Quasi over 30 times to get an update on my refund. They make you pay the return shipping fees. My package was delivered at the Quasi Warehouse address where they had me ship to. It was signed for by a guy named David on 9/2. $96.31 I am expected to receive back and no one will respond. I've left several voicemails. No response. This is the most horrible customer service I have ever experienced. They say they respond within 1-2 days. Total lie. I just want my refund - that's all. They got the product back unopened - in the original packaging. Order #1017732 QUASI MAKE IT RIGHT!! You have all you need from me.

I ordered face masks and was to receive free neck masks. I did NOT receive the face masks so I paid $63 for free neck masks. When I contacted the company, they said that was what I ordered. I would never have paid that much for 6 free neck masks

I'm just wondering why on their website are they offering a 30 day money back guarantee when that's not true. They give you 10 days and it can't be opened or used. That seems like false advertisement to me.

HORRIBLE!!! HAD A HARD TIME GETTING MY FULL REFUND BACK!!! THEY ARE A SCAM!!!

I signed up for a subscription for their masks. I didn't feel like they were worth it, so I requested a cancelation on July 27, 2026. On August 27, 2026, I received an email notification that my order had been shipped and my card charged. I contacted them once again and told them that I had requested a cancelation a month prior, and that I would like a refund of the most recent charge. They said that they'd be glad to refund it once I received and returned the product. Fast forward to my receipt of the product and first they offered to refund me 20% if I kept the product. I told them that while I appreciated the offer, I wanted to return it and get my money back. And this is where my problem lies. They want to reduce my refund by 20% as a restocking fee. Because they did not honor my intital cancelation request, the error is 100% theirs and I should not be penalized for that with the restocking fee. When I mentioned this, they said that the restocking fee is their policy. I would absolutely understand this if the situation were due to something I did wrong, or if I just decided I didn't want the product. But that wasn't it. They sent it to me an entire month after I canceled the subscription. This is bad practice. I've asked for a supervisor to reach out to me, but considering how slow they are to respond, I'm not sure I'll get anywhere. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.

Here’s an update 9/7; after leaving this review the company reached out to me to ask for tracking information-which I have sent to them no less than 8 times along with the proof of delivery to their warehouse-they rcvd their products back on 9/1 at 10:09 am-and I get continual emails asking for the same information-trust me-I have ALL THE EMAILS. This is wholly unacceptable-just refund me for the unused unopened products I have returned as instructed and stop jerking me around! This company had the worst customer service-their refund policy is not clearly stated on the website-you must email them for instructions-that are sent over a few days. Customer pays return shipping along with send them a tracking number -they take 20% restocking fee and you wait-I’m still waiting for someone to tell me the refund is being processed-same run around AI responses. I’ve provided proof of delivery and still “someone” will get back to me-still waiting-they have their unused products back and my money-which I’d like refunded asap. Will never do business with them nor will I ever positively endorse them-company is a scam bogus organization. Buyer beware! And they enroll you in a subscription you didn’t sign up for-which is how I got this 2nd order I’ve been trying to get refunded! If I could give negative stars I would!!!!
