I ordered masks from the company and part of my motivation for buying was their money back guaranteed advertised… However, when I went to return them, they do charge a restocking fee and make you pay for shipping. They were responsive in my request for return, however feel like they aren’t being transparent and using integrity in their marketing. Additionally, the 30 day moneyback guarantee is only if you have not used them so you couldn’t use a product, recognize it’s not a good fit for your skin, and return it. For someone that has sensitive skin and is taking a risk whenever buying products, the integrity of the return process is very important to me. I will not be ordering from this company again.

These masks are cheap and fall apart before I can get them on my face. A total scam. Save your money.

If I can give a negative star for review I would. The masks are unusable and the jelly like substance fall off the sheet. All video reviews I now know for sure are fake. Utter waste of money

Would not recommend. I left a review on their web site but I am sure it will get deleted. Left my skin feeling dry and horrible. All the stuff in the mask didn’t not dissolve even though I left it on for hours. This does not give the results you see in the reviews. Avoid!

I just received my order and I cannot use the masks. They basically fall apart when I try to pick one up. They also have a horrible smell to them. I bought the bulk package and completely regret it. I’ve notified the company and am awaiting a response. I would not recommend these.

This is not a UK site even though it comes up on FB as UK company. 20 days later no delivery. I will also have to pay £4.50 import tax if it does ever arrive. Scam company do not but from Quasi

I bought a load of masks and they're basically dehydraters for your face. Then the crazy amount of emails started. Quoting racist historical people to promote their face masks! Insanity...

I wanted to love this product. However the eye holes are very small and close together and the mask doesn’t go to the top of my forehead making it uncomfortable as it doesn’t lay right. The eye holes are not as shown on the product page.
