Monthly subscription scam
They hide a small check box and line that is auto-checked for a monthly subscription on the very busy check out page so you will get charged at least 2x before you catch it. Really shady and the mask is just ok.

My wife ordered these thinking that they were legit. They arrived and they seemed cheaply made for the price paid. She only got round to using them a couple of times when another $168 came out of our account without authority. I connected them and they said”you signed up for a monthly renewal and the order can not be cancelled as it has been shipped” she never signed up but they refuse to refund even though the order had not yet been shipped. 6 days later she had an emailed they just shipped the order, Do not use these people unless you liked being ripped off. they claim to be the offical site and original manufactures. In truth they are a bunch of scamming unreasonable cheating dogs that prey on the vulnerable

Even when I instructed Quasi not to ship more masks, they did anyway! Auto-Subscribe trick to gain customer. Want to return the product you never wanted? You have 10 days to ship it back at your cost and you must send them the tracking #. To top it off, Quasi then charges a 15% restocking fee!

Also agree, shouldn't have bought from them. Their return policy and customer service is not good so watch out. The mask didn't work well for me since I'm a side sleeper.

Definitely not worth the price. I found some collagen mask that were $15 for 4 masks from Medicube and they do a much better job. These ones left a sticky feeling on my skin and I hate that.

Absolute scam! I have tried collagen masks before and they do not slide off your face like these do. It’s a mission trying to get from the mirror to bed, without the mask sliding off your face. I was also signed up for a subscription which you cannot get out of. The website has no place for you to cancel the subscription. I have sent emails and messages to them via the website. No response! Now I have to go to my bank and try and get the subscription blocked that way. Very bad customer service.

I wish I had read the Trustpilot reviews before buying anything on Quasi. What people are saying is 100% true - I purchased a 3 pack of masks as a one time buy but somehow they have signed me up to a monthly subscription without my knowledge. I just got billed for the second order with no advance warning, when I go onto the website there is no way of cancelling or managing your subscription, it's the worst website and customer service I have ever experienced. You are asked to email them or submit a form, I have done both of these things and am being totally ignored. I have reported them via Shop and am now resorting to blocking them via my bank so no further payments are permitted. TOTAL SCAM!!! AVOID AVOID AVOID

I have been charged for a repeat ‘subscription’ that I have not signed up for, I have sent emails and filled in online form but had no response. Do not use this company under any circumstances. They say it's another company doing this - but you can the exact same contact email address that is on their website and scam emails: helloatofficialquasi.com ORDER #377678
