I returned the unwanted masks after they tricked me to a subscription I never signed up for and Quasi customer service assured me that I would be refunded for both the product and the return postage (£34). The return was received in early September, and despite several follow-ups and a written promise that the refund would be processed, I have not received anything as of today (2 months later). I’ve contacted them multiple times but no response! This experience has been very disappointing and frustrating, especially considering the cost of the return. I’m sharing this so others are aware, do not buy anything from this scammers! It is a SCAM and I wish I ve see the other negative reviews earlier! Please avoid at ALL COSTS!

Pls HELP ME OUT FROM THIS SCAM !! Because of my carelessness, I didn't see this company charging me 4 TIMES for a 4 month subscription and there was NO Package ever delivered. That is a lot of money for me that has been stolen by them. For filing a successful chargeback against them I need your help - Anybody who has ordered from this Chinese scam website, please let me know the Time they Took to Deliver the Product, the Shipping time. This would help a lot in the chargeback process. If can't reply here, pls just post a review with the time to deliver here with "shipping time" as title. Pls help 🙏

DO NOT BUY This is a scam. I ordered a one off mask on 2/10 it took over 3 weeks to arrive in UK. They have yesterday 2/11 taken monies from my account without authority. On response from them they say I’ve signed up to a subscription. I was not aware of this. There is a sneaky tick box when ordering that auto ticks to sign you to subscriptions. I have requested a refund, which does not appear possible as they directed me to their ‘terms’ I believe this is a Chinese company making money from hoping people don’t check their accounts and realise they have auto taken payments. I will be reporting trading standards and my bank to ensure they are not able to take any further funds.

If I could rate it zero, I would. Do not buy. This company is a scam. You will be on an unwanted subscription even if you don't sign up for one and they won't cancel it even if you contact support before it ships. Then, once you receive your fraudulent order, you must request a return within 10 days, and they still won't refund you the full amount. They charge return shipping and a restocking fee.

I had a bad reaction to the new masks. The mask caused my skin to go bright red with a burning feeling. I contacted quasi and explained that I never had a problem with their old masks, but the new mask had caused a bad reaction. As requested, I sent photos of the opened mask packaging with the batch no etc and a photo of my skin reaction. They offered 15% refund but I had to send the packaging back to the USA. I refused and they then said I would receive 30% refund, which I refused. Quasi will not answer any of my emails now. Terrible customer service as their adverts offer full refunds if not satisfied with product.

Never received my item and it was delivered through to the wrong address, instead of helping me they outright ignored me and never got my money back

Do not order quasi face masks or any other product from this company. I ordered it from my amazon prime account, a one time order as I do not do subscriptions especially if I'm just trying it. I got it and a month later I got another one so I go on my amazon prime account and can not find it anywhere on my orders. The pkg it came in says amazon shipping. But amazon can find no such order and instead of it being on my amazon prime charge card which never reaches its limit as I pay it off every month but its on my discover charge card as a reoccurring charge. I called amazon and they hung up on me because I wanted to know how I go onto my account and order something they can't see and I'm receiving a pkg that is from amazon and then I contact discover which gives me a 800# to quasi and says that's the quickest way to dispute and I get a voice mail. Beware people, amazon is not safe and this quasi company is bad. If they can do this, there's no telling what information they have about my accounts. It's a scary, lieing world. You can't trust amazon and discover really let me down too. Be very careful what you order online especially from amazon

Absolutely the worst customer experience I’ve ever experienced with a brand. The masks smell very chemically and are not hydrating. I tried to return the masks within their guarantee window and they have made it so difficult. They made me open unused masks to take pictures, answer a whole host of questions. I also told them to cancel my subscription. It took several weeks to get them to supply me with a return label. Then they sent me another order of product and charged my card without authorization. I still have not received a refund from my initial order returned, and they are telling me I’m going to have to pay for return shipping and a restocking fee on the unauthorized order they sent. It’s been over two months of going back and forth with them. Worst company ever. Don’t they their products, and their business is a SHAM.
